Tractor Booking Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a tractor booking before delivery, subject to the following conditions:

A booking may be cancelled if:

The tractor has not yet been delivered.
Registration procedures have not been completed.
Financing documentation has not been finalized.
Insurance processing has not been completed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the dealership’s official communication channels.

Tractor Booking Refund Policy

Before Tractor Allocation

If the cancellation request is made before a tractor has been allocated, the booking amount may be refunded after deducting any applicable administrative or processing charges.

After Tractor Allocation

Once a specific tractor has been allocated to the customer, cancellation charges may apply depending on expenses incurred by the dealership.

After Registration

Once registration has been completed with the relevant authorities:

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Government taxes and statutory charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

After Delivery

After the tractor has been delivered to the customer, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted.

Financing Cancellation

Singh Automobile Mahindra Tractor may assist customers in obtaining financing through banks and financial institutions.

Please note:

Financing approval is subject to lender policies.
Customers may withdraw financing applications before final approval.
Any charges levied by financial institutions will be governed by their respective policies.
The dealership is not responsible for lender-related refund decisions.

Service Appointment Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments by contacting the dealership in advance.

No cancellation charges are generally applicable for standard service bookings made before service work has commenced.

Service Payment Refunds

Refunds for completed repair or maintenance services are generally not available.

However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional situations such as:

Spare Parts & Accessories Returns
